Job description

We're looking for a Producer/Editor who is passionate about digital storytelling and creating content that connects with audiences. In this role, you'll oversee the production and editing of YouTube features, YouTube Shorts, and branded content projects, working closely with our team to bring compelling stories and partnerships to life. Reporting directly to the Director, Features and Branded Content, you'll have the opportunity to shape content that reaches a large and engaged audience.
Roles and Responsibilities
  • Serve as a primary producer and editor on YouTube features and shorts
  • Pitch and execute unique YouTube feature ideas informed by analytics
  • Collaborate with YouTube team on publishing frequency and overall strategy
  • Keep up with trends and best practices to continue elevating the Chargers YouTube channel
  • Post production finishing, including color correction and audio mixing
  • Ability to direct and produce Chargers players and personalities both in the field and in studio
  • Assist in all areas of production when needed
  • Help reach department goals and maintain high quality production of the department

Qualifications and Education Requirements
  • 3 + years of experience editing video content
  • Adobe Creative Suite proficiency
