Location Requirement

Schedule / Availability

  • Monday–Friday
  • Availability window: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Job Details

  • Steady, pre-scheduled, recurring medical appointments
  • Long and short distance trips.
  • Consistent routes, predictable income, and weekday availability.

Pay & Contractor Status

  • 1099 Independent Contractor
  • Drivers earn a minimum of $120.00 per day, depending on member loaded miles.
  • Earnings discussed and emailed during a phone screen.
  • Paid weekly via direct deposit
  • $100.00 bonus being offered for qualifying drivers who get credentialed within 7 days. Discussed during the call.

Vehicle Requirements

  • Fuel-efficient vehicle with a good MPG rating
  • No vans or gas guzzlers
  • Your name MUST be listed on the vehicle you will use.

General Preliminary Requirements:

  • Be 21 years of age or older.
  • Have held a driver’s license for at least 2 years.
  • Be able to pass a complimentary DOT exam.
  • Be a registered owner of a clean, mid-size 4 door vehicle (or larger) in good cosmetic and operating condition.
  • Have a clean Criminal Background History free of felonies and violent or sexual crimes (past 7 years).
  • Have a good Driving Record - No more than two moving violations or at fault accidents in previous three (3) years, No DUI / DWI or suspensions in the past five (5) years.

Network Onboarding Requirements:

  • Clean background & driving record
  • Own an Android or iOS smartphone (or willing to obtain)
  • CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to complete)
  • Complete CTAA PASS and NSC Driver Safety online training (2–3 hrs each; provided)
