Atriano is Hiring โ€“ BESS Skid Assembly Technicians (Level 1 / Level 2)

Location: Houston, TX

Openings: 40 Technicians

Project Duration: Approximately 6 Weeks

Schedule: 5 Days/Week | 10 Hours/Day

Environment: Manufacturing Plant / Assembly Line

Project: BESS Skid Assembly

Atriano is looking for 40 hands-on Mechanical/Electrical Technicians to support the assembly of Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) skids at a manufacturing facility in Houston, TX.

Key Responsibilities

โ€ข Perform mechanical and electrical assembly of BESS skid components.

โ€ข Install electrical components, wiring, cables, and hardware.

โ€ข Perform basic wiring, terminations, and electrical connections.

โ€ข Route, secure, and label cables and wiring.

โ€ข Use hand tools, power tools, and torque tools.

โ€ข Follow mechanical drawings, electrical diagrams, and work instructions.

โ€ข Perform quality checks and identify assembly issues.

โ€ข Follow all site safety, PPE, and lockout/tagout requirements.

Qualifications

โ€ข 1+ year of mechanical, electrical, manufacturing, or assembly experience preferred.

โ€ข Basic mechanical and electrical knowledge.

โ€ข Comfortable using hand and power tools.

โ€ข Wiring, cable routing, and termination experience preferred.

โ€ข Manufacturing, industrial, renewable energy, or BESS experience is a plus.

โ€ข OSHA 10 and NFPA 70E certifications are preferred.

โ€ข Must be able to work 10-hour shifts and perform physical assembly work, including lifting up to 50 lbs.

Ideal candidates are reliable, safety-focused, comfortable working with tools, and able to perform effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
