Compensation: $25.00–$35.00 per hour
Shifts:
1st Shift: 7:00am–3:30pm
2nd Shift: 3:00pm–11:30pm
3rd Shift: 11:00pm–7:30am
Weekend: 3x12-hour shifts, paid for 40 hours
Relocation: Assistance considered on a case-by-case basis
Operate and support CNC machines producing high-precision medical device components. Run multiple machines, inspect parts to tight tolerances, follow established programs, and support daily production requirements in a regulated, quality-driven environment.
Operate CNC machines in a production setting
Run multiple machines simultaneously
Inspect parts to precise tolerances using precision measuring tools
Read and interpret blueprints
Follow established CNC programs and work instructions
Support production goals and maintain quality standards
1–3 years CNC machining experience in a production setting
Ability to read blueprints
Experience with precision measuring tools
Skilled in inspecting parts to tight tolerances
Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
