About the Role

As an ASE Master Automotive Technician, you will play a key role in performing advanced diagnostics and complex repairs while supporting and elevating the overall performance of the shop. This role is ideal for a highly skilled technician who takes pride in solving complex problems, values quality over speed, and contributes to a strong, team-oriented culture.

You will work closely with leadership and a team of technicians, helping maintain high standards across all aspects of shop operations while delivering exceptional service to customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform advanced diagnostics across mechanical and electrical systems
  • Execute complex repairs including engine, transmission, suspension, and drivability issues
  • Deliver high-quality workmanship with strong attention to detail
  • Communicate diagnostic findings and repair recommendations clearly with team and customers
  • Support and collaborate with a team of technicians to maintain workflow and quality standards
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient shop environment
  • Contribute to overall shop performance, culture, and continuous improvement
Requirements
  • Approximately 10 years of hands-on automotive repair experience
  • ASE Master Certification (A1–A8 preferred)
  • Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting expertise across multiple vehicle systems
  • Commitment to quality workmanship over high-volume output
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
