WHAT YOU WILL DO
Key Responsibilities
• Execute monthly KPIs across a designated list of off-premise accounts to drive
distribution, visibility, and sales of Patrón, Grey Goose, and D'USSÉ.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with store owners, managers, and staff to
increase brand advocacy, recommendations, and sales performance.
• Identify opportunities to increase volume through expanded SKU distribution,
feature displays, promotional programming, and upselling initiatives.
• Monitor market conditions, competitive activity, and consumer trends, providing
actionable insights and recommendations to support business growth.
• Merchandise assigned accounts by building impactful displays, improving shelf
visibility, and executing brand standards and merchandising priorities.
• Collaborate with distributor partners, and local client team to execute market
strategies and maximize commercial performance.
• Effectively manage territory, schedule, budget, and resources while consistently
delivering monthly KPIs.
• Plan and execute educational tastings and sampling events that drive sales volume,
consumer engagement, and conversion.
• Submit timely activity recaps, real-time reporting, and weekly summaries outlining
accomplishments, opportunities, and upcoming priorities.
• Maintain flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and occasional holidays based on
business needs.
• Full-time salaried position with an expected 40-hour work week.
What Success Looks Like
• Consistently meets or exceeds monthly KPI.
• Increases volume case distribution through account universe.
• Increases distribution, shelf visibility, merchandising quality, and rate of sale across
assigned accounts.
• Builds meaningful, long-term relationships with key retail accounts and decision makers.
• Delivers impactful merchandising, displays, educational programming, and in-store
activations that support brand priorities.
• Demonstrates initiative, creativity, accountability, strong organizational skills, and
effective problem-solving while managing an independent territory
WAYS TO STAND OUT FROM THE CROWD
• Previous experience within the beverage alcohol industry, retail, supplier, or
distributor environment is strongly preferred.
• Passion for the spirits industry with a strong commercial and sales mindset and
acumen.
• Proven ability to drive sales growth and identify business development
opportunities.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage
multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Self-starter who works independently while collaborating effectively with cross functional teams.
Physical Requirements
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform bending, reaching, kneeling,
squatting, climbing, and stooping throughout the workday.
• Frequently lift and move cases of product weighing up to 50 pounds.
