Monday & Wednesday | 8:30 AM–3:30 PM

Need a little extra money heading into the holidays? Looking for a part-time opportunity that gets you out of the house and into a professional office environment?


TempExperts is seeking a dependable Part-Time Office & Event Support Associate for a temporary assignment in St. Louis, MO. This is not a traditional warehouse or shipping and receiving position. You’ll be working in a corporate office environment, helping welcome visitors and callers while also providing hands-on support to the marketing team as they prepare materials and packages for events.

This could be a great fit for someone looking for a part-time job, extra holiday income, or a short-term opportunity with a consistent two-day schedule.


What You'll Do

  • Greet visitors and provide a friendly, professional first impression.
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls and assist with general questions.
  • Help visitors and guests who come into the office.
  • Support the marketing team with preparing event packages, materials, and supplies.
  • Organize and package materials for upcoming events and marketing activities.
  • Help receive, organize, and distribute packages and office materials as needed.
  • Keep event materials and common areas organized and ready for use.
  • Assist with basic office and administrative tasks.
  • Work with team members to make sure event materials are prepared accurately and on time.
  • Perform other general office and support duties as needed.

Requirements

  • Friendly, professional, and comfortable interacting with visitors, callers, and employees.
  • Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
  • Comfortable working in a professional office environment.
  • Organized and able to keep track of multiple items and tasks.
  • Basic computer and office skills.
  • Ability to lift and move packages and materials weighing 50+ pounds when needed.
  • Previous office, customer service, event, administrative, or warehouse experience is helpful but not required.
  • Must be available to work both Monday and Wednesday from 8:30 AM–3:30 PM.
