Position Overview
• The market research analyst is responsible for initial drafting of questionnaires, analysis of data and report writing, and will work with the senior analysts to finalize questionnaires and reports, and to present the findings to internal clients.
• The analyst will program questionnaires, manage fieldwork and quality control of respondent data.
• The analyst will also coordinate and manage projects to deliver on scope, schedule and budget.
Requirements
• Intermediate knowledge of marketing databases and statistical analysis processes and methodologies.
• Working knowledge of energy industry players and their technologies and market trends.
• MS Office, SAS or SPSS, Familiarity w/ SQL.
• Experience w/ survey platforms software (Qualtrics, for example).
• Two or more years in market research, program evaluation or market insights, depending on position.
• Requires a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, statistics or other related field or equivalent experience.
• Coursework in area of specialization preferred.

What is the size of the team this resource will be working with? A team of 7
WFH or will this person need to be onsite? This will be a hybrid worker, so onsite and at home (min 2 days/week in the office once COVID restrictions ease up).
