Adecco is hiring for Manufacturing Associates near York, ME!

Looking for a full-time job with the opportunity to grow? Adecco is hiring Manufacturing Associates for a temp-to-hire opportunity with a leading local food manufacturer. Join a team that values quality, teamwork, and a safe, clean work environment.

Pay:

  • $20.00/HR - $22.00/HR based on shift

Schedule:

  • Monday-Friday

  • 1st Shift: 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM

  • 2nd Shift: 3:00PM - 11:30PM

Responsibilities:
  • Perform production and manufacturing line duties

  • Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met

  • Label, tag, and package finished products

  • Hand-finish products as needed

  • Move materials and finished goods using pallet jacks

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

  • Follow food safety, quality, and sanitation procedures

  • Report equipment or production concerns to supervisors

Qualifications:
  • Previous manufacturing, production, warehouse, or food production experience is a plus, but not required

  • Ability to stand for the entire shift and perform repetitive tasks

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

  • Reliable, dependable, and able to work in a fast-paced team environment

Pay Details: $20.00 to $22.00 per hour
