Job description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Manufacturing Engineer to support process improvement, tooling optimization, and manufacturing system development in a precision machining environment.

In this role, you will:
• Improve manufacturing processes, tooling, and production efficiency
• Analyze root causes of failures and implement corrective solutions
• Support BOM development, engineering documentation, and design revisions
• Collaborate with engineering, suppliers, technicians, and production teams
• Troubleshoot product and process issues related to materials, tolerances, and fabrication methods
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across operations

Qualifications:

Associate’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field with 5+ years of experience
Strong background in fixture design, tool & die, machining, grinding, milling, and precision manufacturing
Experience with AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and engineering documentation
Knowledge of geometric tolerancing, process improvement, and quality control methods
Experience in aerospace, medical, or high-precision machining environments preferred
