Job description

We are seeking an experienced Manhole Rehabilitation Crew Lead to oversee field crews, maintain safe job sites, deliver quality work, and help drive project success throughout Pennsylvania, Maryland, and New Jersey.

What You'll Do
✔ Lead and supervise manhole rehabilitation crews
✔ Coordinate daily job site activities, manpower, equipment, and materials
✔ Maintain a safe and productive work environment
✔ Monitor quality and ensure work meets project specifications
✔ Communicate with Project Managers and Operations regarding project progress and crew needs
✔ Track production and complete required documentation
✔ Train, mentor, and develop crew members
✔ Represent USG professionally with customers, contractors, and municipalities
✔ Help ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget
What USG Needs From You
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Valid driver's license with a safe driving record
  • Previous construction crew leadership experience
  • Experience with underground utility, manhole rehabilitation, or infrastructure construction preferred
  • Ability to work in confined spaces
  • Ability to lift up to 75 pounds
  • Ability to walk, bend, climb, and perform physical labor throughout the workday
  • Willingness to travel up to 75% as needed
  • Ability to pass pre-employment and ongoing drug and alcohol screenings
  • Required to travel overnights 75% of the time (Monday-Friday)
