Standard Job Description
This role will be Weekend Schedule (working Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday) or (Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday). You will start training on 1st shift (Monday-Thursday).
You will be the Quality Control Analyst Asc for the Quality Assurance team. Our team is responsible for ensuring product and process quality across manufacturing and supplier operations.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Quality Control Analyst Asc you will be responsible for supporting development of quality plans, analyzing metrics, and managing change control to uphold customer and regulatory standards.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
  • Develop and maintain quality plans and procedures for make and buy items.
  • Analyze quality data/metrics and generate reports using statistical techniques.
  • Coordinate change control and configuration management activities.
  • Manage quality records control to ensure accountability and traceability.
  • Support product acceptance, delivery, and Ammo Data Card (ADC) processes.

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain an active Secret clearance.
Supports product acceptance and delivery per established process. Provide change control and configuration support for a program as designated. Prepare for and present change control data to relevant personnel, track and control change implementation. Facilitate the distribution of Command Media changes to the Camden site personnel. Analyzes proposed changes of product design to determine effect on overall product and system. Establishes change orders and prepares for change authorization and documentation by company and subcontractor. Prepares reports of change effect on overall product. Reviews and analyzes released engineering change data and coordinates changes with engineering, quality, support, manufacturing, and engineering data control activities. Ensures that customer requirements are implemented and reviews change accounting activity to ensure compliance with configuration management policies. Supports the Ammo Data Card (ADC) creation and verification process.
Basic Qualifications
  • This role will be Weekend Schedule (working Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday) or (Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday). You will start training on 1st shift (Monday-Thursday)
  • Must be able to obtain a Secret clearance
  • 2yr Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and professional experience
  • Professional experience using standard computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office, ERP/MES tools)
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment when making decisions that affect product quality or process compliance

Desired Skills
  • Ability to Initiate, review, analyze and report on quality-related data/metrics from production, service, supplier or process improvement activities and analyzes using statistical techniques
  • Interfaces as needed with manufacturing, engineering, customer, vendor and subcontractor representatives to ensure process requirements are met
  • Experience configuring and managing inspection data in a Manufacturing Execution System (e.g., Apriso, MPMLink) or Enterprise Resource Planning system (e.g., S4 Production/MRO)
  • Exposure to Quality Management Systems such as ISO 9001 or AS-9100
  • Familiarity with product lifecycle management tools (e.g., Windchill, OASAS)
  • Experience creating and verifying Ammo Data Cards

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $44500.00 - $82700.00

PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
