Job description

The Shift Manager is a crucial position responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the Pickleman’s during their shift. They are in charge of supervising the staff, managing customer service, and maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the restaurant.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the restaurant
  • Ensure that all food items are prepared and served according to Pickleman’s standards
  • Ensure that the restaurant is well-stocked and all equipment is working correctly

Qualifications:

  • A SafeServe certification is required for this role
  • Should be a great communicator and leader who can motivate and direct their team effectively
  • Should be able to work well under pressure, multitask, and make quick decisions while maintaining a positive attitude

Above all, the Shift Manager should have a passion for providing excellent customer service and be willing to go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction.
