What You'll Do
  • Machine large industrial parts on manual machining equipment.
  • Read and follow Work Order Routers and manager instructions.
  • Perform machining tasks accurately and efficiently to meet deadlines.
  • Prepare and present job documentation, including inspection reports and turnover notes.
  • Learn and operate Prime Machine's mills and lathes and develop skills in Mastercam and CNC processes.
  • Understand and apply GD&T principles and inspection standards.
  • Participate in continuous improvement and problem-solving initiatives.
  • Maintain high standards of quality and safety.

Requirements
What We're Looking For
  • Experience: Skilled in manual machining; CNC and Mastercam experience are strong pluses.
  • Knowledge: Proficient in reading blueprints, machining symbols, and geometric tolerances.
  • Communication: Strong interpersonal, listening, and documentation skills.
