Guest service representatives check guests in, answer questions, and are a general resource that guests can rely on.
The successful candidate will possess:
Required:
  • High School Diploma
  • Must be 21+
  • Computer Experience with Microsoft Word & Excel
  • Great Customer Service Skills
  • Great Phone Etiquette skills
  • Customer Service or Front of House experience
  • Professional appearance
  • Fill in other shifts as needed
  • Must be available to work nights and weekends

Preferred:
  • Experience with Innroad software

Responsibilities:
  • The Front Desk Hospitality Attendant will be required to greet guests as they arrive at the Lodge and RV Park in a professional, courteous manner.
  • Check Guests In/Out for Lodge & RV Park using InnRoad software
  • Receive payments for room and RV Pad rentals: Cash or Credit
  • Verify currency and return customer change accurately
  • Clean carpets with carpet machine as scheduled
  • Remove Linens from beds and bathrooms
  • Remove garbage as needed
  • Operate washer & dryer on site
  • Maintain a pleasant atmosphere for night Guests; keep noise to a minimum
  • Follow the procedure when dealing with difficult Guests
  • Maintain snack and soda inventory for Guests
  • Maintain cleanliness in common areas of the Lodge
  • Work alternate hours in an emergency
  • Participate in the Corporate Core Values training program
