This hands-on role integrates equipment, robotics, and control systems into the operation.****Key Responsibilities:***** Designs, programs and implements automation and control systems (PLC, HMI, SCADA, robotics, vision).* Supports the implementation, integration, and fine-tuning of automated equipment.* Develops automation projects to improve productivity, quality, and ergonomics.* Diagnoses and resolves faults in control and automation systems.* Partners with Manufacturing Engineering and Maintenance on equipment upgrades.* Documents standards, programs, and procedures for automated systems.* Supports Industry 4.0 / smart-factory data connectivity initiatives.****Required Qualifications:***** Bachelor's degree* 3+ years of experience supporting automated manufacturing systems and production line optimization.****Preferred Qualifications:***** Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics, Electrical, Electronics or Control Engineering.* Knowledge of machine vision and Industry 4.0 / IIoT/ Smart Factory and digital manufacturing.* Programming across multiple platforms (Siemens, Allen-Bradley/Rockwell, Fanuc, KUKA).* Hands-on programming and troubleshooting of PLCs, HMIs, SCADA and industrial networks.* Hands-on experience owning the integration, implementation, and scaling of robotics and advanced automated equipment.* Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, P&IDs and mechanical drawings.* Working knowledge of machine safety standards and safe equipment implementation practices.**Pay Range**The annual salary for this position is between $96,000.00 - $192,000.00 annually.
