Job description

Conveniently located off Route 99 next to Seattle-Tacoma International Airport, our hotel is just two blocks from the Link Light Rail, offering easy access to downtown attractions like Pike Place Market, the Space Needle, and Lumen Field in under 25 minutes.

If you're detail-oriented, enjoy staying active, and have a talent for transforming spaces, this role is a great fit. Our property features over 40,000 square feet of event space, 26 meeting rooms, and 850 guest rooms.

The team at DoubleTree by Hilton SEATAC Airport is seeking a Part-Time Banquet Houseperson to join our team. The ideal candidate is flexible and available to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Previous banquet setup experience is a plus.

Shift Pattern: Part-Time 

Hourly Range: Starting probationary $22.86 per hour and after 90 days rate will be $25.40 per hour

What will I be doing?

As a Banquet Houseperson, you would be responsible for setting and cleaning banquet facilities for functions in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

  • Set tables and chairs to meet function specifications.
  • Clean meeting space including washing meeting room walls at beginning of events
  • Clean meeting space including, but not limited to, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, polishing, wiping areas and washing walls before and after events
