Job Description:
The Logistics Coordinator supports internal supply chain and logistics operations by coordinating equipment, tracking movement, and partnering with multiple internal teams to ensure projects run smoothly. This is an internal-facing role based in the Lemont office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule equipment to support internal operations
- Identify and assign appropriate equipment using internal systems
- Assist with locating, moving, and tracking equipment as needed
- Partner with Customer Service, Sales, Technicians, Fleet, and Logistics teams
- Support senior logistics staff and assist with daily operational needs
- Monitor data related to equipment utilization, recovery, and movement
- Prepare reports tied to delivery performance and logistics metrics
- Assist with contract processing and purchase order coordination
- Support cross-functional projects as needed
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, audits, and safety standards
Qualifications:
- 1–2+ years of logistics, supply chain, or coordination experience
- Open to strong recent graduates with relevant internship experience
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Confident communicator able to work across teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; strong Excel skills required
- Salesforce experience preferred
