Your Home Sold Guaranteed Realty - Carol Royse Team

Tempe, AZ • On-site

$100K/yr

Full-time

Posted 4 days ago

Job description

Stop chasing leads and start closing them. We hand our buyer's agents real, verified appointments every single week — no cold calling, no 200 dials a day, no booking your own career. Our Inside Sales Team sets the appointments, our admin, transaction, and marketing teams handle the paperwork and the follow-up, and you do what you actually love: meet buyers, tour homes, and help families find the right place to live.

We're a high-volume, systems-driven team pulling daily appointments from Zillow and running 30+ active listings with more launching all the time. That means a steady flow of buyers to meet and open houses to host from day one. If you have a real estate license, a car, a phone, and a great attitude, we'll train you on our proven presentation and hand you everything else you need to win. Come plug into a machine that's already running and build a real career in real estate — without the grind of prospecting.

Compensation:

$100,000

Responsibilities:
  • Meet pre-scheduled, verified buyers at homes, tour the property, and deliver our proven buyer presentation on why they should work with our team
  • Earn the buyer's commitment and get the buyer representation paperwork signed at the appointment
  • Show additional homes and guide buyers through their search until they find the right one
  • Write, present, and negotiate offers on behalf of your buyers
  • Host open houses on our team's listings, capture every visitor's information, and enter each lead into our CRM for the ISA team to follow up and book
  • Support new listing launches through open houses, showings, and matching buyers to inventory
  • Follow the team's systems and stay in close communication with our admin, transaction, and ISA teams to keep every deal moving smoothly

Qualifications:
  • Active Arizona real estate license (or actively in the process of obtaining one)
  • Reliable vehicle, a smartphone, and a lockbox (or the willingness to get one)
  • Strong people skills — personable, confident, and able to build rapport and earn trust quickly
  • Coachable and genuinely excited to be trained on our team's proven systems and scripts
  • Self-motivated, dependable, and highly responsive to buyers and teammates
  • Available for showings and open houses, including some evenings and weekends
  • Comfortable using technology and a CRM to manage leads and stay organized
