Reports To: Content & Media Manager

The Content & Media Associate supports the Content & Media Manager in the creation, production, and distribution of digital content across social media, marketing campaigns, and brand partnerships. This role is responsible for photography, videography, graphic design, social media engagement, and asset management, ensuring that all content aligns with Paisley Park's brand and storytelling goals.

Multimedia, Content, and Publishing Production Support:

  • Assist the Content & Media Manager in producing and editing video, photo, and multimedia content for social media, marketing, and events.
  • Capture live event coverage and behind-the-scenes content for digital platforms.
  • Production design of graphics, digital assets, and promotional materials for marketing initiatives under the direction of Content & Media Manager
  • Support the publishing and scheduling of digital content across social platforms, websites, YouTube, and other channels.
  • Assist in organizing and maintaining a digital asset library for photography, video, and other multimedia projects.
  • Work closely with freelancers and creative vendors (videographers, animators, designers) to coordinate outsourced creative projects.
  • Assist in the archival process for video, photography, and multimedia content for long-term use.

Social Media & Engagement:

  • Support daily social media management & scheduling across platforms (Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn).
  • Monitor social media trends and suggest creative content ideas that align with Paisley Park's brand
  • Engage with online communities, responding to comments and messages under the direction of Content Manager and Paisley Park Leadership Team

Event & Partner Content Support:

  • Assist in developing co-branded content for corporate partnerships and community collaborations.
  • Capture and edit photo and video content for live events, promotions, and special campaigns.
  • Provide content support for local radio promotions and on-air activations.
  • Support community outreach initiatives by documenting local partnerships and cultural events.

Administrative & Organizational Support:

  • Maintain the content and publishing calendar, ensuring clear communication on project timelines.
  • Organize, maintain, and track content project information, schedules, and budgets.
  • Assist in managing content-related invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports.
  • Keep an accurate inventory of media equipment and resources, ensuring all tools are properly maintained.
  • Schedule and coordinate internal and external content production meetings and maintain meeting records.

Minimum Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in content creation, video production, photography, or graphic design.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, After Effects, Lightroom, InDesign).
  • Experience in video production (shooting, editing, and optimizing for different platforms).
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and content best practices.
  • Experience publishing short-form & long-form content to platforms like YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook
  • Demonstrated organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working with budgets, invoices, and financial tracking for creative projects.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact with artists, partners, media outlets, and marketing teams.
  • Availability for evening and weekend events as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in music, arts, or entertainment industries.
  • Familiarity with radio promotions, corporate sponsorships, and community partnerships.
  • Experience with project management software or content management systems (e.g., Airtable, Asana, Trello).
  • Interest in cultural storytelling and digital media trends.
