Ready to make a difference? As a Personal Care Worker (M), you will assist residents with daily activities, foster meaningful relationships, organize social activities, support meal service, and maintain a clean, safe environment.

How you will make an impact

  • Provide physical assistance with activities of daily living

  • Promote psychosocial well-being through meaningful relationships

  • Plan and facilitate social activities for the neighborhood residents

  • Assist with menu/snack selection and partners with the Service Associate in serving to ensure adequate nutritional intake of all residents and provide in-room dining experiences where requested

  • Assure the resident’s room and neighborhood are kept tidy to minimize environmental hazards which may impact environmental safety

What you will need

  • PCA, HHA, or CNA certificate in Virginia is required.

  • Current CPR certification is preferred

  • Complete a Safe Food Handling and Preparation Class (within 30 days of hire)
