Member Services Assistant - Trilogy at Redmond Ridge (Redmond, WA)

The Trilogy Cascade Club is an upscale, resort-style, 55+ active adult community and we are looking for a FULL-TIME team member to join our staff. This position requires flexibility with evening, and weekend hours.

Skills/Duties:

We are seeking a motivated individual with a strong background in customer service, excellent interpersonal skills, reliability, and a solid work ethic. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with event setups and teardowns, including moving tables and chairs. Additionally, this role requires professional phone handling, clerical support as needed, call transfers, and providing assistance at the front desk of the Cascade Club.
