Library Assistant - Part-Time
Bacon Free Library
The Bacon Free Library is accepting applications for a Library Assistant position. The Bacon Free Library is a library with strong community support in the town of Natick.
This position helps patrons access library services in-person and over the phone.
The successful candidate will have a strong customer service background with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be detail oriented, and possess the ability to work well in a team environment. Previous library experience, bilingual abilities, and knowledge of Sierra ILS software is preferred, but not required.

The Library is deliberate and self-reflective about the team we are building, and we are seeking folks who are not only strong in their own aptitudes but care deeply about supporting the growth of the Natick community.
This is a part-time, non-benefited position (up to 19 hours per week.) The current schedule for this position is Tuesday 2:30pm-7:00pm, Friday 9:30am-5:30pm, and Saturday (Sept-June) 9:30am-1:30pm. The library is closed on Saturdays in July and August.
The hiring pay for this position $17.50/hr-$19/hr.
