We are looking for passionate Physical Therapist Assistant who loves working in outpatient orthopedics but is tired of the double bookings and long hours. Join our team in Frederick, MD at Frederick Health Physical Therapy & Sports Rehab Aspen Ridge Clinic. This is a Full Time, Physical Therapist Assistant opportunity in Frederick with full and competitive benefits.
The details:
Dynamic patient caseload at the Frederick Health Physical Therapy & Sports Rehab Aspen Ridge Outpatient Clinic consists primarily of post-op orthopedic (general and total joints), back and neck (manual therapy) and other musculoskeletal conditions in a hands-on environment. Be a part of this team of clinicians with an excellent reputation for niche programming and service to its patients.

The requirements:

• Degree from a CAPTE accredited school
• Current state licensure in Physical Therapy in the state of Maryland
• Basic Life Support through the American Heart Association
• One (1) year of outpatient experience preferred but would also consider New Graduates with strong orthopedic clinicals
• One (1) year of orthopedic and manual therapy experience or strong orthopedic clinicals
• Will display strong skills in flexibility, time management, leadership, and communication
• Focuses on the patient and provides the best customer service experience

The responsibilities:

• Deliver quality outcomes driven physical therapy services
• Document with web-based software and documentation system (EMR)
• Provide accurate and timely documentation for current patient caseload and oversee compliance of department.
• Conduct patient and family education
• Display strong skills in flexibility, time management, and communication
