  • Clean and test completed repairs using approved LED test equipment and test patterns
  • Document defects, repairs performed, parts used, module information, and final test results
  • Prioritize urgent repairs to support upcoming shows and close equipment turnaround schedules
  • Maintain an organized, clean, and ESD-safe work area and report recurring failures or parts shortages
  • Perform other related electronics repair duties as assigned by the supervisor

  • Experience using microscopes, hot air rework stations, soldering irons, flux, solder wick, and precision hand tools
  • Strong fine motor skills, close visual attention, and the ability to perform repetitive precision work for extended periods
  • Ability to identify component polarity, orientation, solder quality, damaged pads, and basic PCB faults
  • Ability to distinguish small differences in pixel color, brightness, alignment, and performance
  • Ability to work efficiently while maintaining consistent repair quality in a fast-paced environment
  • Good computer, organization, documentation, and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and a strong sense of urgency
  • Direct LED pixel replacement experience and familiarity with ROE Visual or other professional LED products preferred
  • Final candidates may be asked to complete a practical soldering and pixel replacement assessment

Required Education and Experience
