Experienced Leasing Consultant – Tampa, FL 33613

Experienced Leasing Consultant Needed – WEEKENDS REQUIRED

We are hiring an experienced Leasing Consultant for an apartment community in Tampa, FL 33613.

We are looking for a professional, energetic, and experienced leasing specialist who is comfortable working with prospects, closing leases, and providing excellent customer service.

WEEKEND AVAILABILITY IS REQUIRED — MUST BE ABLE TO WORK BOTH SATURDAY & SUNDAY. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist prospective and current residents
  • Conduct property tours and highlight community amenities
  • Respond to leasing inquiries by phone, email, and in person
  • Follow up with prospective residents and convert leads into leases
  • Process rental applications, leases, and resident paperwork
  • Assist with resident retention and customer service
  • Maintain accurate leasing records and follow property policies
  • Support the onsite team with daily office operations
  • Help maintain a welcoming and professional leasing environment

Requirements

  • Previous apartment leasing experience REQUIRED
  • Must be available to work BOTH Saturday AND Sunday — NO EXCEPTIONS
  • Strong sales, closing, and customer service skills
  • Professional communication and presentation
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced leasing office
  • Experience with leasing software/property management systems preferred
  • Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and professional appearance
