Hours: Saturday Only 8am - 5pm
Salary: Starting at $17.00 per hour
Highland Management Group Inc. is seeking a Part-Time Weekend Leasing Agent for our property, Edina Park Apartments, located in Edina. Edina Park Apartments is a 79-unit property.Â
Living on-site is not a requirement for this position but employees who do choose to live on-site will receive a higher rent discount!Â
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Market and lease apartment units to achieve occupancy goals.
Learn and maintain detailed knowledge of the local, state, and federal laws governing tenant/landlord relations, Fair Housing Law and marketing product knowledge.
Greet all prospects/residents with professional courtesy and respect.
Maintain professional communications with residents, residents' guests, applicants and representatives of other companies with whom we do business.
Follow-up with all prospects and document all phone and written correspondence.Â
Process the rental applications and utilize HMGI screening procedures.
