The Leasing Agent ensures that all leasing activities comply with fair housing laws and company policies, maintaining a professional and welcoming environment. The Leasing Agent collaborates closely with property management and maintenance teams to address tenant needs and support community engagement.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in leasing, sales, or customer service, preferably in real estate or property management.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of fair housing laws and leasing regulations.
