Weekend Lease Operators are professionals in the oil and gas industry responsible for monitoring and maintaining oil and gas wells, equipment, and production facilities during weekend shifts. Their duties typically include checking well operations, recording production data, performing minor maintenance, and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations. They are essential for ensuring continuous production and addressing any operational issues that may arise outside of regular weekday hours.
