Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Asset Manager to oversee and maintain our real estate portfolio while ensuring the accuracy, compliance, and performance of real estate assets. This role is responsible for managing property documentation, lease administration, financial reviews, and asset records while supporting acquisitions, dispositions, leasing activities, and facilities management. The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytical, and experienced in commercial real estate operations.
Key Responsibilities- Review, interpret, and summarize real estate documents, including leases, amendments, invoices, insurance policies, contracts, and related legal documentation.
- Abstract and maintain accurate property and lease information within asset management databases and records management systems.
- Monitor critical lease dates, renewals, expirations, and other contractual deadlines to ensure compliance and timely action.
- Assist with the acquisition, disposition, leasing, and ongoing management of the organization's real estate portfolio.
- Review and audit property financial statements, operating expenses, reconciliations, and supporting documentation for accuracy and completeness.
