Jones Tree & Lawn is a well-established provider of lawn and tree care services in the Denver Metro area, known for its commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. As a Lawn Health Care Technician, you will be an essential part of a team dedicated to helping clients achieve healthy, vibrant lawns. Responsibilities
- Complete a daily route of 15–20 stops, servicing both residential and commercial properties throughout the Denver Metro area
- Apply fertilizers, fungicides, and pesticides safely and in accordance with Department of Agriculture standards
- Accurately mix and handle chemicals for lawn applications
- Drive and operate spray vehicles (such as F-350 trucks or Promaster vans) safely, including in urban and downtown areas
- Maintain and clean equipment regularly to ensure safe and effective operation
- Keep detailed and accurate records of all applications and services performed each day
- Communicate professionally with customers and team members as needed
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license
- Comfortable driving trucks or vans in both urban and suburban settings
- Ability to work independently and outdoors in various weather conditions
- Punctual, reliable, and able to manage time effectively
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a growth-oriented mindset
- Quick learner with strong attention to detail
Compensation
$20.00 – $24.00 per hour (based on experience). Paid weekly. Overtime is paid after 40 hours per week.

Typical schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with occasional later days during peak season and occasional weekend work as needed. Seasonal employment runs through late October or early November, with the possibility of year-round work.
