Job description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Lawn Care Technician to join TLC. This role involves performing various lawn care and landscape maintenance tasks to ensure our clients' outdoor spaces are clean, crisp & well-maintained. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work and is somebody that is looking to really grow with this company. We are looking for somebody that is loyal, honest & trustworthy & that isn't afraid of hard work!

We are looking for someone who wants more than just a job. This position has strong growth potential into a leadership role as our company continues to expand!

1-2 years of experience working for a professional lawn care company is required.

Duties

  • Perform mowing, trimming, and edging of lawns to maintain a neat appearance.
  • Execute landscape maintenance tasks including planting, weeding, mulching, and light chainsaw work
  • Utilize hand tools and power tools for various landscaping projects.
  • Operate machinery such as zero turn mower.
  • Conduct tree care activities including trimming and removal as needed.
  • Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition through regular cleaning and minor repairs.
