We’re seeking a dependable Landscape Construction Laborer to join our growing team and help bring our landscape designs to life.

Job Summary
As a Landscape Construction Laborer, you’ll work under the direction of the Landscape Foreman to assist with the installation and maintenance of landscaping and hardscape projects. This role is hands-on, physically active, and ideal for individuals who enjoy working outdoors and take pride in high-quality work.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare job sites by raking, grading, and tilling soil.

  • Install and remove sod, mulch, edging, and soil amendments.

  • Plant and maintain trees, shrubs, flowers, and groundcovers.

  • Construct hardscape features such as patios, retaining walls, and stone walkways.

  • Trim, prune, and water plant material to ensure proper growth and appearance.

  • Safely operate and maintain landscaping hand tools and gas-powered equipment.

  • Follow all safety procedures and company policies.

  • Work as part of a team to complete projects efficiently and on schedule.

Requirements

  • Ability to lift, push, pull, or carry up to 50 lbs.

  • Able to stand, kneel, and bend for extended periods.

  • Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.

  • Reliable, punctual, and motivated with a strong work ethic.

  • Professional appearance and attitude.

  • Experience in landscaping or construction preferred but not required.
