Responsibilities:

  • Perform venipuncture and capillary punctures with precision, prioritizing patient comfort and safety.
  • Collect, label, and process blood and other specimens using established techniques.
  • Ensure the accuracy of collected specimens and perform waived testing as required.
  • Prepare specimens for testing or shipment and maintain supplies and equipment.
  • Foster a culture of shared knowledge and continuous improvement through collaborative learning opportunities.

Qualifications:

Minimum 1+ year(s) of phlebotomy experience preferred, but we're willing to train motivated individuals.

Strong commitment to collaboration and teamwork.

Hands-on experience or completion of a recognized phlebotomy program preferred.
