Job description

Description
This position is based in New York and the selected candidate will be expected to work onsite as of their effective start date.
The assistant research scientist will:
- Analyze behavioral data from human and animal cognitive tasks obtained from electrophysiology studies and eye-tracking
- Attend and participate in journal clubs; presenting research papers and data collection from studies
- Develop and plan a research project with senior members in the lab
Approximately 10 hours per week
In compliance with NYC's Pay Transparency Act, the salary range for this position is $25/hr. New York University considers factors such as (but not limited to) the specific grant funding and the terms of the research grant when extending an offer.
