Shift: Day shift, Monday through Friday 10 hour shifts rotating day off. On call is required 1 shift a week and 1 weekend a month

ResponsibilitiesUnder the general supervision and direction of the Manager of the Cardiac Cath Lab or designee perform diversified clinical patient care, technical and related duties within cardiac cath lab or structural heart as part of an interdisciplinary care team. Assume responsibility for each assigned patient, perform patient assessments, and correlate clinical findings with exam/procedure request. Obtain pertinent hemodynamic and angiographic information from patient's chart and document all data within the hemodynamic system and EHR. Perform patient education related to the procedure. Position patient and select appropriate imaging equipment and supplies, identify, prepare and/or administer pharmaceuticals related to the exam/procedure select technical factors/ parameters/sequences to produce quality images, properly identify anatomy and evaluate images for technical quality based on scope of practice. Apply the principles of ALARA to minimize exposure to patient, self, and others. Assist interventional or invasive cardiologist in performing cardiac cath or structural heart procedures.
QualificationsCompensation: Pay rate will be determined based on level of experience.
