Shifts & Compensation

Enjoy a 2-2-3 schedule, meaning you only work on average 15 days a month and get built-in three-day weekends every other week!

· Day Shift: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM | $17.00 / hour

· Night Shift: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM | $20.40 / hour (Includes shift differential)


Key Responsibilities

As a Machine Operator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring products are built to the highest quality standards. Your daily duties will include:

· Machine Operation: Safely operate plastic injection molding machines to support the high-volume production floor.

· Quality Inspection & Finishing: Inspect molded parts for defects, trim excess material, and use scales to weigh and verify part counts.

· Packaging: Securely package and label plastic medical parts according to strict work instructions.

· Material Handling: Efficiently load raw materials into machines and unload finished products.

· Documentation: Complete accurate production paperwork and log quality checks to maintain regulatory compliance.

· Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and organized workstation in accordance with medical manufacturing standards.


Qualifications

· Experience: Previous manufacturing is preferred.

· Education: High School Diploma or GED is preferred.

· Attendance: Highly reliable with a proven track record of good attendance and punctuality.

· Skills: Strong attention to detail, ability to follow written and verbal work instructions, and basic math skills for paperwork.

· Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for the duration of a 12-hour shift, lift up to 30–35 lbs. occasionally, and perform repetitive hand/wrist movements.
