Job description

Machine Operators are responsible for safely operating, monitoring, and maintaining production equipment to ensure efficient manufacturing processes and high-quality output. This role requires attention to detail, strong mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

3 day weekends!

6:00am-4:30PM Monday-Thursday 

Hands on training. 

Perfect Attendance Bonus! As long as you are here for the entire paycheck, you will receive a $250 bonus bi-weekly.

Machine Operator:

  • Operate assigned machines and equipment according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).

  • Set up machines before each production run, including calibration, cleaning, and basic adjustments.

  • Monitor machine performance during operation; identify irregularities or mechanical issues.

  • Follow all safety guidelines, lock-out/tag-out procedures, and company policies.

  • Collaborate with maintenance and quality teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
