Industrial Sewing Associate - 1st Shift (4-Day Work Week!)
Sparks, NV | Full-Time | $19-$23/hr
Via Seating is hiring an experienced Industrial Sewing Associate to join our 1st Shift team!
If you have experience operating industrial sewing machines and take pride in producing high-quality work, this is a great opportunity to join a stable, hands-on manufacturing team.
Pay & Schedule
• $19.00 - $23.00/hour (DOE)
Monday - Thursday | 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM
• Overtime on Fridays as needed
Enjoy a 3-day weekend every week!
What You'll Do
• Operate industrial sewing machines to produce upholstered components for office chairs
• Sew, join, reinforce, and finish upholstery materials
• Set up machines, including needles, attachments, and pattern configurations
• Adjust stitching speeds and machine settings based on project requirements
• Follow specifications to ensure consistent quality and craftsmanship
