Job description

Are you ready to kickstart your career with a dynamic company? Adecco is seeking immediate candidates for Machine Operator positions at Oakley in Foothill Ranch, CA. Responsibilities:

  • Operate and monitor production machines in a fast-paced environment, ensuring optimal performance.

  • Load and unload products efficiently, perform machine setups, and carry out tooling changes to support continuous production.

  • Make minor adjustments to machinery to maintain quality standards and maximize efficiency.

  • Conduct product inspections to identify defects, troubleshoot basic equipment issues, and report concerns promptly.

  • Maintain safety protocols by wearing safety glasses and adhering to all safety procedures.

  • Keep your workstation organized, stocked with materials and tools, and meet daily production goals.

  • Accurately record quality and production data using systems such as SAP, MES, and Go-Canvas.

  • Collaborate effectively with team members, demonstrating flexibility and multitasking across multiple tasks and machines.

  • Support physical tasks such as walking, bending, reaching, and lifting up to 40 lbs as needed.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED.

  • At least 6 months of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.

  • Basic computer literacy and math skills.

  • Ability to read, write, and understand instructions and safety protocols in English.

  • Attention to detail, adaptability, and ability to perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.

  • Knowledge of powered and pneumatic hand tools is a plus.

  • Availability to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as required.

  • Physically capable of standing for 8–10+ hours per shift and performing manual tasks.

Pay Details: $18.97 to $20.97 per hour
