Fast start available: My Gym Wellesley is hiring part-time coaches with the ability to start quickly. No experience needed, we train you from day one.

Are you the person who lights up a room full of 4-year-olds at a birthday party? Do you get energy FROM being around kids, not drained by it? This job was written for you.

We're hiring part-time coaches to lead classes, run birthday parties, and create genuinely great experiences for kids ages 6 weeks–10 years.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Lead structured movement classes: obstacle courses, gymnastics, games, music, and more
  • Run birthday parties, camps, and special events
  • Build real relationships with the families who come back every week
  • No My Gym experience needed - we fully train the right people

PAY & SCHEDULE

  • 20-22/hr, plus tips
  • 10–30 hrs/week (varies by season)
  • Year-round position, not seasonal
  • One weekend shift required
  • Weekly paid Friday team meeting,required, to stay in sync with your crew
