About Us!

iLoveKickboxing Happy Valley is a high energy boutique cardio kickboxing studio. We're not just about the workout, we're about the community and the coaching that makes people want to keep showing up. We're building a team of energetic, people-loving, fitness-driven humans who are ready to hype up a room and change members' lives.

Our mission is Changing Lives. Every hour on the mat brings our members and instructors closer to a healthier, happier, more empowered version of themselves, in a supportive environment where everyone can achieve their best. Our vision is to add 20 years of life, love, and laughter to each of our members, turning neighbors into friends and every achievement into a celebration. We live by five core values that shape how we show up: Conscientiousness, Openness, Extraversion, Agreeableness, and Grit.

No kickboxing experience? That's totally fine! We pay for your training and coach you every step of the way.

What We're Looking For!

We want an instructor who brings real energy to the mat, someone members feed off of the second class starts. Kickboxing experience or a fitness/coaching background is great, but attitude and presence matter just as much as your resume.

What You'll Do!

  • Lead high energy, large group kickboxing classes that leave members sweaty, smiling, and proud of what they've accomplished
  • Assist the Studio Manager with new membership sales through meaningful consultation appointments that identify member goals and how we can help them get there
  • Build real relationships with our members and support retention through consistent, genuine follow-ups so we're always helping them toward their next goal
  • Welcome clients, offer personalized coaching and form corrections, and motivate members to reach their goals.
  • Answer questions, support membership engagement, maintain a clean space, and foster an inclusive studio environment.
  • Collaborate on studio events, member challenges, and community-building activities.

What We're Offering!

  • $16 per hour during training, $17 per hour after training
  • Regular bonus opportunities
  • Flexible scheduling across mornings, evenings, and weekends (some Saturdays required)
  • Employee discounts on all products

Who We're Looking For!

  • High energy, outgoing, loves connecting with people
  • A team player who wants to find and uplift their community
  • Loves fitness and is coachable
  • Customer service experience preferred but not required
  • Experience in large group fitness and fitness sales preferred but not required

AED certification is a bonus.

If this sounds like what you've been looking for, send us a few sentences about why you're passionate about health and fitness. We can't wait to meet you!

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour

Benefits:

  • Employee discount
