Job description

MRI Technologists Wanted

UConn Health Imaging is seeking an experienced MRI Technologists to join our patient-focused team!

Position Status: part-time (flexible, consistent scheduling)

We are looking for MR-Registered Technologists who can commit to regular, ongoing coverage. Scheduling can be tailored based on availabilityโ€”options may include working one or both weekend days, every other weekend, or a consistent set schedule that helps support open shifts.

Shifts Available:

  • Saturday: 2:00 PM โ€“ 9:00 PM
  • Sunday: 7:30 AM โ€“ 4:00 PM (2 Sundays per month)
  • Sunday: 4:00 PM โ€“ 9:00 PM

Location: outpatient imaging center in Farmington, CT

Requirements

EDUCATION:

  • Must have a minimum associate's degree in Radiology or be a graduate of an accredited two-year radiology program.

LICENSE/CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must be registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists as (R)(MR) or the American Registry of Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologists (ARMRIT).
  • Must maintain current, active registration in good standing.
