Weekend Janitorial Cleaner

Janitorial Cleaner | Virginia Beach

Shift: Sat & Sun 3pm-11pm

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Collection and disposal of trash (small and large cans).
  • Take trash out to the dumpster.
  • Cleaning glass entrance ways.
  • Sweeping and entry ways.
  • Cleaning and sanitizing sinks, toilets and urinals.
  • Restroom cleaning, restocking, and replenishing.
  • Cleaning and filling dispensers, towels, toilet paper, and sanitizers.
  • Cleaning mirrors.
  • Cleaning partitions and enclosures.
  • Sweeping, damp mopping and sanitizing floors.
  • Cleaning light covers.
  • Sweeping, damp mopping, and sanitizing breakrooms.
  • Wiping and disinfecting surfaces in break room areas.
  • Wiping walls and ceilings.
  • Dusting ceiling vents.
  • Cleaning, wiping, and clearing cobwebs, racks, wall marks, ceiling grid, skylights, under and around racks.
  • Following safety guidelines, quality standards, and ensuring customer service expectations are met.

Qualifications/Education/Work Experience:

  • Previous experience in cleaning or janitorial work preferred but not required.
  • Must pass a criminal background check.
  • Must have reliable transportation to job location.
  • Must be a minimum of 18 years of age.
