Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Provide first-level technical support to employees with computer, printer, or mobile device issues
  • Assist with user account setup, password resets, and onboarding/offboarding processes
  • Support hardware deployment, software installations, and routine maintenance tasks
  • Help track and document IT inventory, including Tablets, laptops, and other equipment
  • Troubleshoot connectivity and system access issues across multiple locations
  • Assist with internal system support, including a custom-built ERP platform

Requirements
  • Currently enrolled in a 2-year or 4-year IT-related degree program (e.g., Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems)
  • Ideally a junior or a student with at least one year of school remaining
  • Strong interest in hands-on technical support and learning in a professional IT environment
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with Windows OS and Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a small, fast-paced team
  • Previous IT support experience is a plus but not required
