Here is what we need from YOU

  • Maintain an active Personal lines or P&C license.
  • Advise prospects on their everyday risk and how we can protect them. Protection mindset.
  • Bring 20-30 new clients into the agency per month.
  • Represent the company in a positive light by always doing what's right for the client.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads.

A typical day in the life includes:

  • Morning Meetings to get everyone on the same page as a team.
  • Receiving regular training and coaching to sharpen your sales and service skills
  • Completing inbound and outbound calls for sales and service cliental. Periodic in person office engagement for sales and service.
  • Attending occasional community events. Events are scheduled rotational by producer. Classic car shows are our favorite!
  • Walking into an open door policy that allows you to meet with the manager/owner as needed to discuss anything that is on your mind.
