Aflac South Central ND is looking for a motivated Insurance Agent to join our Bismarck-area team. In this business-to-business sales role, you’ll work with local employers and business owners to help them provide supplemental benefits to their employees while developing your own book of business.

No previous insurance experience is required. We provide training, mentorship, and support to help you learn the business and work toward obtaining your required insurance license.

What You’ll Do:

• Build relationships with local business owners, employers, and HR professionals.

• Identify client needs and recommend Aflac benefit solutions that fit their workforce.

• Develop new business through leads, networking, referrals, and local outreach.

• Schedule and conduct benefit presentations and employee enrollments, both in person and virtually.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.

• Provide ongoing service and support to policyholders, including enrollment and claims assistance.

• Participate in training, team meetings, and ongoing professional development.

What We’re Looking For:

• Motivated, self-directed, and comfortable building professional relationships.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• A professional attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.

• Sales or customer service experience is helpful, but not required.

• Willingness to obtain the required health and life insurance license.

• Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States.
