This role often involves assisting with data management, analysis, and technology projects within healthcare, research, or IT environments. Interns may work on tasks such as organizing health data, supporting data analytics, or helping maintain information systems. The position is designed to provide practical exposure while allowing flexibility for studies or other commitments during the week.

You'll collaborate closely with data analysts, IT professionals, and sometimes clinical staff (in healthcare settings) to ensure that project outcomes align with team objectives. Unlike many telehealth companies, Real Help hires clinicians as W-2 employees, offering either full-time salaried roles or flexible hourly fee-for-service positions. Our full-time clinicians enjoy stable, guaranteed salary compensation, even when clients cancel — as we believe your time and expertise should be valued.

Why Real Help?
