At Geo Owl, we take pride in supporting the critical missions that protect our nation, our freedoms, and our families—the things that truly matter. We are seeking motivated individuals eager to launch or advance an exciting career in intelligence while supporting global counterterrorism operations.

If you are a military trained intelligence professional, we are offering a unique chance for you to train in another trade craft. Prior military training and experience is required for this role to be considered.
You will receive comprehensive hands-on training across all intelligence disciplines, earn advanced skills certifications, and have opportunities for rapid career progression into instructor, subject matter expert, or management positions.
For current FMV-qualified professionals, this program offers enhanced training designed to build on and expand your existing expertise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop FMV tradecraft skills through a three-week formal training course followed by a robust on-the-job training program, including:

    • Specialized instruction in FMV exploitation tools

    • Motion GEOINT techniques

    • Theater-specific cultural familiarization

  • Analyze and exploit FMV collected by ISR platforms, applying HUMINT and SIGINT to produce actionable intelligence.

  • Create and distribute imagery-derived graphic products and reports for senior decision-makers across government agencies.

  • Compile and prepare intelligence materials to support high-level briefings.

  • Leverage advanced imagery tools, including electronic light tables, to exploit national technical means (NTM) imagery.

  • Access career development opportunities on day one, including generous paid time off, education benefits, and structured advancement pathways.

  • Explore rapid career progression, with potential cross-training into Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR), Ground Moving Target Indicator (GMTI), FMV instruction, and FMV advanced research roles.

Who You Are
  • Flexible and dependable, able to work a rotating shift schedule (7am–7pm or 7pm–7am) that alternates days and nights monthly, including weekends and holidays.

  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment, with strong multitasking skills.

  • A clear, effective communicator.

  • Experienced in intelligence operations, especially the TCPED (Tasking, Collection, Processing, Exploitation, and Dissemination) process.

  • Proactive about learning new skills and expanding your analytic and technical capabilities.

  • Collaborative and innovative, able to solve problems creatively in partnership with government customers.

  • In possession of an active TS/SCI security clearance, with the ability to pass a polygraph examination.

Required Education, Experience & Skills
  • Experience: 3+ years in intelligence roles OR a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in a customer-approved discipline.

  • Training: Completion of a formal intelligence school course (typically 3+ months full time) resulting in an Intelligence MOS (e.g., All-Source, IMINT, SIGINT, HUMINT).

  • Technical Skills:

    • Understanding of the basic intelligence cycle/process.

    • Ability to accurately distinguish red, green, blue, and yellow on video screens.

  • Clearance: Active TS/SCI clearance and ability to successfully complete a polygraph.

Preferred Education, Experience & Skills
  • Basic understanding of national-level imagery production standards.

  • Familiarity with FMV exploitation and sensor capabilities.

  • Experience analyzing national imagery.

  • Ability to relay and articulate information effectively during high-tempo operations.

  • Background in counterterrorism analysis.

  • Proficiency solving routine tasks of varying complexity using established procedures.
