Tuckers Air Conditioning, Heating & Plumbing of Frederick, MD is looking to hire a full-time HVAC Preventative Maintenance Technician to repair and maintain HVAC equipment sold or serviced by our company and help maintain good long-term relationships with our customers in Frederick and surrounding areas. To ensure your success, we provide a take-home company vehicle, tool account, and training. Are you a can-do HVAC Technician with a positive attitude? The typical schedule for this position is Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm with one weekend on call each month. Our HVAC Preventative Maintenance Technician position offers a competitive salary of $50,000-$70,000/year including commissions and bonuses. We pay for 50% of our employees' health insurance, 2% match healthcare, 2 weeks of paid vacation initially, increasing up to 4 weeks as you grow with the company, in addition to offering a 401k with match, paid vacations, paid holidays, and quarterly company events.   • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
