Job Details:
Job Title: Hospice RN - Float Nurse
Location: Atlanta, GA (covering Atlanta, Decatur, Buckhead, Sandy Springs, Cobb County,)
Setting: Home Health
Pay Range: 2500-2700
Schedule: 08:00 - 17:00
Contract Length: 6 weeks (with potential for extension)
Candidate Type: Traveler or local
Requirements: 2 years of Hospice experience and 1 year of HCHB EMR experience.
Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive hospice nursing care to patients in a home health setting.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
  • Monitor patient conditions and adjust care as necessary in alignment with hospice protocols.
  • Educate patients and families on hospice services, symptom management, and end-of-life care.
